Can an order be cancelled once it has been placed?

Can an order be cancelled once it has been placed?
You can cancel an order that has already been placed if it has not entered the processing and transit stage. To cancel an order, please contact us.

If you are unable to cancel your order because it has already entered the processing and transit stage, you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them as per our return policy

What is your return, exchange, and refund policy?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Unless otherwise noted, you may receive a refund or exchange for any standard item that you purchased within 30 days of your original invoice date. Custom orders are not refundable.

Exchanges and refunds will be processed after we receive your return. You will be credited or refunded the price that you paid for the item plus any sales tax that you may have paid. Shipping costs are not refundable.

What about damaged shipments?
Any product damaged during shipping must be brought to the attention of the shipping carrier. The carrier will advise you as to the proper steps to complete a claim.
